Just Breathe: A Creative Pause for Restoration and the purpose
Join us for a vision & mood board creative experience!
A creative and restorative space where participants pause, breathe, reconnect with Essence, and express that Essence through art.
We will begin our journey with a breath workshop to clear the mind and provide creativity for our workshop.
Canvas panel, paint and other supplies included. Bring magazine clippings, printed images.
